URBANISMO EN VILLA LUGANO / VILLA FIORITO (Year 2015) "The Autodromo Oscar and Juan Gálvez is an autodrome located in the neighborhood of Villa Riachuelo, in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was inaugurated in 1952 during the presidency of Juan Domingo Perón, thanks to the initiative of several Argentine runners among which was Juan Manuel Fangio."  Wikipedia Nowaday  is an area  which has been forgotten as far as social development is concerned. T he   government is taken the decision to commission a project in order to validate that area and facing the recovery not only of the area but also look after families   living in a situation of helplessness.
