URBANISMO EN VILLA LUGANO / VILLA FIORITO (Year 2015)

Nowaday  is an area  which has been forgotten as far as social development is concerned. The  government is taken the decision to commission a project in order to validate that area and facing the recovery not only of the area but also look after families  living in a situation of helplessness.

In Architecture, University of Buenos Aires, some designs has been done to define the best way to urbanize a place with as many voids, and make an habitable and safe place.

The project involves the construction of an olimpic area for international games with houses destined to lodge the concurrents to the Olympic Games of the Youth of 2018, and later on destined to cover house needs to families in situation of helplessness. But also will incorporate an educational pole in different levels of careers to deal the density growth,  first aids attention,  hotels, shopping stores and parks.

This generates an incrase valuation of the land, so the economical impact is highly positive.

Scheme of proposed uses

The Urban Code Planning of the area forced us to leave a minimum of 45% of the surface for recreation. Also the buildings can not exceed 10 stories.

The entrance remains the original when the autodrome was at its peak to ensure its identity as it once was and also giving hierarchy to the place,

About the environment impact, the effect will be beneficial because will have a technical office which activities will be try to minimize the environmental  dust, noisy and lighty pollution impact. It is also planned the plantation of native  trees  and aquatic plants in the lake that will contribuye to oxigenate  the waters and the cleanliness for practicing water activities in a near future.
