ARCHITECTURE DESIGN URBANISM AND CONSTRUCTION

We are a group of architects, engineers and designers, with a dedication to engineering the best designs solutions, and a passion for producing spacer that respond to confort and cost, we aim to optimise the reach of a budget without sacrificing beauty nor performance. Through an iterative design process, we investigate design possibilities by pushing them to their breaking point, extracting their best to arrive at resilient and responsive solutions which are both low cost and low impact. The challenge was to locate a University Club in a small surface, in the middle of the city, with an important quantity of activities (cultural, educational, hosting, social, sports, commercial, gastronomic). All these activities should interact with the park in the front, with the people who attend church by the side of the building and with the people in the neighborhood. Level 0.00

URBANISMO EN VILLA LUGANO / VILLA FIORITO (Year 2015) "The Autodromo Oscar and Juan Gálvez is an autodrome located in the neighborhood of Villa Riachuelo, in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was inaugurated in 1952 during the presidency of Juan Domingo Perón, thanks to the initiative of several Argentine runners among which was Juan Manuel Fangio."  Wikipedia Nowaday  is an area  which has been forgotten as far as social development is concerned. T he   government is taken the decision to commission a project in order to validate that area and facing the recovery not only of the area but also look after families   living in a situation of helplessness. In  Architecture, University of Buenos Aires, some designs has been done to define the best way to urbanize a place with as many voids, and make an habitable and safe place.
