T he   government is taken the decision to commission a project in order to validate that area and facing the recovery not only of the area but also look after families   living in a situation of helplessness. The challenge was to locate a University Club in a small surface, in the middle of the city, with an important quantity of activities (cultural, educational, hosting, social, sports, commercial, gastronomic). All these activities should interact with the park in the front, with the people who attend church by the side of the building and with the people in the neighborhood. Level 0.00
